Regularly inspect and assess the functionality of various utility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, water, heating, and cooling systems, screw compressor, Screw chiller, pumps.

- Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters, lubricating machinery, and checking fluid levels.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Order spare parts and equipment necessary for maintenance and repair tasks
- Safety and Efficiency Testing: Record and document maintenance and repair works for future reference.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments or teams to coordinate repair and maintenance tasks.

Strong knowledge in the operation of maintenance of Screw compressors, Screw Chillers, HVAC,



Air handling units, pumps, Blowers.

- Strong knowledge of plumbing, and mechanical systems design and operation.
- Experience with preventive maintenance and energy management programs.
- Excellent communication, project management, and the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Education: B.E/ Diploma-Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Automobile ,Mechatronics.
Relevant Experience: 2-10 Years
