Design and manage employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain updated HR policies.
Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits management.




Use AI tools for HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Identify training needs and coordinate skill enhancement programs.

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
