Aara Education Consultancy helps learners and professionals make informed education and career decisions. The team is looking for a creative Social Media Executive to strengthen the organisation’s digital presence, communicate its offerings clearly, and build meaningful engagement with its audience across social platforms.

Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the company’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, curate, schedule, and publish posts, reels, videos, stories, and campaign content.
- Plan social media campaigns, monitor trends, develop fresh content ideas, and support promotional activities.
- Track performance metrics, prepare monthly reports, respond to enquiries, and engage professionally with followers.
- Assist with webinars, events, marketing and business development initiatives, SEO, and content marketing activities.




- Support additional responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with Canva, social media management tools, and video editing.
- Creative, organised, proactive, and capable of meeting deadlines.
- Experience in the education sector is an advantage.
- Applicants should share the social media tools they have used and links to previous work.

Work arrangement: Full-time, in-office in Vidyavihar, Mumbai.

Compensation: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month.
