Synapsium MIND is a current multi-specialist brain health centre for memory, cognition and dementia care, opening in Worli in early 2027.
MINDCare360 is our structured programme for older adults, bringing together cognitive stimulation, movement, social engagement, creative activity and everyday-life practice. We're looking for an experienced OT to lead it.
Carry out functional assessments (ADL/IADL, home safety, fall risk) and set goals for each participant
• Work closely with our psychologists, nursing team and visiting specialists
5+ years post-qualification, including at least 3 in geriatric, dementia or neuro-rehabilitation settings
- Experience running group programmes for older adults
- fluent in English and Hindi (another regional language is a plus)
- Looking for a long-term role where you can build and own a programme
