Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to drive technical direction across backend and frontend development. The role involves architecture, design, code reviews, mentoring teams, and adoption of up-to-date engineering practices. Day-to-day coding is not the primary expectation.

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong backend expertise in Python / Node.js / Java
- Frontend experience in Angular / React / Flutter / React Native or similar
- Microservices architecture
- Cloud-native technologies

- AI-led development practices
- Technical design, architecture & code reviews
- Team mentoring and technical leadership

Candidate Requirement:

- Resume should match at least 80% of the mandatory requirements.
- Strong hands-on technical guidance and architecture experience required.
