As the Head of PMS Sales, you'll drive business growth, leading the charge to scale our PMS & AIF offerings to 10,000 Cr AUM by 2026. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll craft winning strategies to acquire HNI & UHNI clients, foster deep relationships, and position the firm as a top-tier PMS player in India's wealth management space.
We're looking for a visionary sales leader with a proven track record in wealth/portfolio management, passionate about building market share and leading high-performance teams.





Achieve sales targets & drive PMS/AIF market development
Design & execute lead generation campaigns; Establish and strengthen distributor networks to boost revenue streams
Manage pan-India sales; Lead, mentor & inspire a high-performing sales team
Deliver thought leadership on market trends, investment strategies, and risk management
Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business; MBA/CFA preferred
Experience: 15-20 years in equity portfolio management/wealth management, with 10-12 years in leadership roles
Solid network with HNIs/UHNIs, wealth managers, and distribution partners
Proven track record in scaling PMS/AIF sales and building market-leading platforms
