Hillarys India is seeking a Junior Marketing Manager Brand Building to join our marketing team.
This role will support the development and execution of integrated brand strategies that enhance
Brand Strategy & Execution
• Assist in planning and implementing brand campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground
Ensure brand consistency in communication, design, and messaging across all platforms.

- Collaborate with creative and media partners to develop campaign assets and briefs.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover current opportunities.

Content & Communication

- Support brand storytelling through social media, blogs,



and customer-facing communication.
- Manage content calendars and coordinate with internal design/content teams.
- Support partnerships with interior designers, influencers, and lifestyle brands to build

Track brand performance metrics such as engagement, awareness, and customer feedback.

- Partner with sales, product, and retail teams to ensure brand alignment across initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in interiors, retail, lifestyle, or

FMCG.

- Strong grasp of digital marketing and consumer engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, project management, and creative skills.
