As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves thoroughly examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological components. Collaboration with various teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the business environment and its challenges is also a key part of daily activities.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.





Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing business processes and recommending enhancements.

Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

Solid analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Excellent communication abilities to effectively liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Experience in process mapping and business process re-engineering to optimize workflows.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Openlink Endur Functional.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
