This is a full-time in office role for a Human Resources Manager for the Events Industry. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, managing the recruitment and selection process - Lead recruitment for creative, production and OPS roles. The HR Manager will also nurture a positive working environment, oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance, and ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

3+ years of HR experience ideally in events or a creative industry.

- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Bachelor's or Post Graduation degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Experience:
~3-5 years of experience, preferably in the Events industry.
