Job Description:

Panigrahana Weddings specializes in end-to-end wedding solutions, delivering memorable celebrations through seamless planning and execution. We are looking for a proactive Event Production Manager to oversee wedding production, vendor coordination, logistics, and in office execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute weddings from pre-event preparation to post-event closure.
- Prepare production schedules, timelines, and checklists.
- Coordinate with vendors, venue partners, and internal teams.
- Supervise venue setup, decor, stage arrangements, lighting, sound, and dismantling.
- Manage manpower, transportation, equipment, materials, and event logistics.
- Monitor budgets, track expenses, and optimize resources.
- Lead on-ground teams and resolve last-minute operational challenges.
- Ensure timely execution, quality standards, and client satisfaction.




- Maintain vendor records, production reports, and expense documentation.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in event production, event operations, or event management.
- Experience in wedding execution, hospitality, or large-scale events preferred.
- Strong vendor management, logistics, planning, and team coordination skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple activities under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
- Willingness to travel to event venues as required.
- Graduation in any discipline; relevant practical experience is acceptable.
