Role Description The Admission Counsellor is a full time, on-site role based in Bhopal. The individual in this position will guide NEET UG and NEET PG aspirants through the counseling and admission process, including explaining eligibility criteria, college options, and application procedures. Daily tasks include conducting counseling sessions (in-person and by phone), responding to inquiries, maintaining accurate records of student interactions, and following up with prospective students to support them through each admission stage. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to stay updated on changing regulations,



coordinating with partner institutions when required, and supporting outreach or information sessions to attract and assist prospective applicants.

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to counsel students and interact with families effectively.

Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide a positive experience to all aspirants.

Candidates should possess Education-related knowledge, preferably in medical or higher education domains, to provide accurate guidance on NEET and admission processes.

Candidates should ideally have prior experience in admissions counseling, education consulting, or a related field.

Candidates should have basic computer proficiency, including use of email, spreadsheets, and CRM or student management tools.

A bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred; familiarity with NEET and medical education systems is an advantage.
