About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Make calls to prospective parents from the provided data to promote the school and generate admission inquiries.
2. Lead Generation: Identify and generate potential admission leads through effective communication and by understanding parents' educational requirements.
3. Admission Promotion: Explain the school's facilities, academic programs, fee structure, and admission process to prospective parents.
4. Admission Conversion: Use strong, convincing communication skills to encourage interested parents to consider admission to the school.
5. Relationship Building: Build trust and maintain a professional, positive relationship with parents through effective telephone communication.
6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls made, interested parents, and leads generated for admissions.
7. Admission Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the school's admission policies, guidelines, facilities, and academic offerings.
8. Communication Skills: Communicate fluently in English, Hindi, and Punjabi to interact effectively with parents from diverse backgrounds.
9. Convincing Skills: Demonstrate strong persuasion and interpersonal skills to generate interest and encourage parents to enquire about admissions.
10. Computer Proficiency: Maintain calling records and lead databases using Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
11. Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly calling targets and contribute to achieving the school's admission goals.
12. Performance-Based Incentives: Attractive incentives will be provided based on performance and admission lead generation. Skill(s) required
