Key Responsibilities

- Identify and secure new business opportunities through concept-driven sales approaches
- Develop tailored shipping solutions and pitch them effectively to clients
- Build and nurture relationships with international clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Design and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and reports to stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth service delivery and client success

Key Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing,



or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5–6 years of experience in business development within the shipping industry
- Proven ability to manage international client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
