Key Responsibilities :- Configure and maintain Workday Time Tracking functionality, including time entry, time calculations, and time approvals.- Gather business requirements and implement time tracking solutions aligned with organizational policies and business needs.- Configure time entry templates, time calculation rules, eligibility rules, validations, and approval workflows.- Integrate Workday Time Tracking with Absence, Payroll, and other HR systems.- Troubleshoot time entry issues, resolve configuration errors, and provide ongoing production support.- Perform system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing for configuration changes and enhancements.- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business teams to ensure accurate time reporting and compliance with company policies.- Support Workday releases, system enhancements, and continuous process improvements.- Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides, and end-user training materials.- Assist users with Workday Time Tracking queries and promote effective system adoption.Required Skills & Experience :- Hands-on experience with Workday Time Tracking configuration,



implementation, or support.- Strong understanding of time entry, time calculations, time approvals, and time reporting.- Experience configuring time entry templates, eligibility rules, validations, and approval workflows.- Knowledge of Workday business processes and time calculation rules.- Understanding of integrations between Workday Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll, and other HR systems.- Experience with functional testing, UAT, regression testing, troubleshooting, and production support.- Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional configurations.- Robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience with end-to-end Workday Time Tracking implementations or enhancement projects.- Exposure to Workday Absence and Payroll integrations.- Experience supporting Workday releases and HR process optimization.- Workday Time Tracking certification is an advantage.
