This is a hands-on QA Manager role focused on delivering high-quality Cloud and Mobile-based applications. This role requires working onsite 3 days a week, with plans to transition back to a full 5-day in-office schedule over time.Key Responsibilities : - Execute component, functional, non-functional, and system-level testing of Web and Mobile applications, platforms, and APIs.- Execute test plans across a device matrix including various software stacks (Browsers, OS, Viewport configurations).- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot test environments.- Create Master Test Plans, Detailed Test Plans,



Test Cases, and other testing deliverables.- Perform performance and load testing.- Automate test cases and perform manual execution for remaining scenarios.- Investigate test failures, log defects, and verify bug fixes.- Lead and manage the QA team in an Agile environment.Requirements : - B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.- 8+ years of Cloud, Mobile, and System Test experience in a manual/automated environment.- Experience managing QA teams in an Agile setting.- Proficiency in automating test cases using Playwright, Robot, Selenium WebDriver, Python, Ruby, Appium, or JMeter.- Experience testing Web, Mobile applications, APIs, and Embedded Systems.- Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, JIRA, and Confluence.- Experience with IoT-based systems and Renewable Tech is highly desirable.- Exposure to Gen AI, LLM tools, and AI-assisted testing tools.Tech Stack : - Automation : Playwright, Robot, Selenium, Appium, JMeter.- Languages : Java, Ruby, Python.- Tools : Git, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence.
