Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Manage hardware-related projects and demands in ServiceNow, keeping records accurate.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to document demands and track progress, risks and next steps.
- Support onboarding of recent AV equipment into the hardware portfolio.
- Maintain structured documentation and support continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Degree in CS, IT, engineering or a comparable field.
- Interest in hardware portfolio management and IT service management; ServiceNow is an advantage.
- Fluent written and spoken English; strong attention to detail
