Responsibilities

- Research and identify prospective customers in the US market through online research, company databases, and outbound prospecting.
- Reach out to prospects through email, phone, and professional networking channels using clear, personalized messaging.
- Understand prospect needs, qualify inbound and outbound opportunities, and schedule productive meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, conversations, follow-ups, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
- Work closely with sales and marketing stakeholders to improve messaging, campaign performance, and lead conversion.




- Consistently track activity and performance against agreed outreach and qualified-meeting goals.

Requirements

- Suitable for freshers and candidates beginning their sales development career.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with the confidence to engage US-based prospects.
- Comfort with research, structured follow-ups, phone conversations, email outreach, and performance-oriented work.
- Positive organization, active listening, resilience, and willingness to learn sales processes and CRM workflows.
- Availability to work remotely with schedules aligned to the US market as required.
- This is a full-time remote position in the IT industry with a fixed salary of ₹35,000 per month and additional performance-based incentives.
