We are hiring a Senior Business Developer for the Pune location.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 4+ years of experience in business development or sales in the e-commerce industry, preferably within the Middle East.
- Robust understanding of regional e-commerce ecosystems, consumer behavior, and digital trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
- Experience with cross-border e-commerce or marketplace platforms.
- Experience in managing a sales team and working in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel within the MENA region.
