Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Project Engineer to oversee customer projects and platform products from design through shipment. The role serves as the technical focal point, coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to deliver solutions on schedule and within budget for life sciences and biotechnology applications.
Responsibilities
Evaluate customer specifications and project requirements for alignment and feasibility
Direct technical execution of projects from kick-off through final shipment
Coordinate engineering deliverables, schedules, and inventory management
Support manufacturing, inspection, factory acceptance testing, and compliance documentation
Serve as primary technical interface between customers and internal cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or related discipline
- 3 to 8 years of project engineering experience in relevant field
- Experience with life sciences, biopharma, filtration systems, or capital equipment projects
- Knowledge of skid manufacturing, piping, instrumentation, and welding practices
- Proficiency with P&IDs;, GA drawings, and fabrication drawings
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
- Experience with CAD tools including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor
