This is a full-time, Sales Executive role responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration for XOLT's hydration products in Pune, Maharashtra.

The Sales Executive will identify and qualify leads, build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts, and consistently follow up to convert opportunities into sales.

1) Route wise outlet visits for secondary sales.

3) Outlet wise data preparation and daily sales reporting

Demonstrated skills in sales prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals,



with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Experience in FMCG, nutraceuticals, beverages, or consumer products sales is highly beneficial; prior work with emerging or challenger brands is a plus.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and maintain an organized sales pipeline and reporting cadence.

Comfort with using digital tools and CRM systems for lead management, sales tracking, and virtual meetings.

Understanding of the Indian retail and distribution landscape; experience with modern trade, general trade, or e-commerce channels is an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer feedback.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
