We're a fast-growing architectural products brand hiring Business Development Managers for our South Delhi office.
3–4 years of sales experience
Must have experience selling architectural products to architects, developers, builders & end customers
Attractive fixed salary + lucrative commissions
South Delhi | Immediate joining preferred
Salary: 35,000 – 50,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives & Commissions

We are looking for a young, energetic, and relationship-driven Business Development Manager who can help us
expand our network, generate business opportunities, and build long-term client relationships.
Experience Required

3–7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Relations, or a similar role.
Experience in architecture, construction, building materials, interiors, facades, real estate,



or related
Generate new business opportunities through architects, interior designers, developers, consultants, hospitality
Coordinate with the design, estimation, and execution teams for quotations, proposals, and project
Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, client database, and follow-up schedules.
Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams during project execution.
Support collections, project coordination, and customer satisfaction.
Generate repeat business and referrals from existing clients and partners.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and basic reporting.
Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR for meetings and site visits.
Exposure to premium residential, hospitality, and architectural projects.
