Role : Website Project Manager (Drupal / CMS).Experience : 10+ Years.Work Mode : Onsite.Location : PAN India.Domain : Pharmaceutical / Healthcare preferred.Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced Website Project Manager to manage end-to-end website delivery, with a robust focus on Drupal, content authoring, project planning, and website launch management.The candidate will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and dependencies, overseeing QA/UAT, and ensuring successful website delivery.Key Responsibilities : - Manage end-to-end website projects, from initial planning through development, testing, and launch.- Coordinate website content authoring, editing, publishing, and approval workflows using Drupal or similar CMS platforms.- Develop project plans, track milestones, manage timelines, and ensure on-time delivery.- Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and delays.- Coordinate with developers, content authors, designers, QA teams, business stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams.- Oversee Quality Assurance (QA)



and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure website quality and business requirements are met.- Manage website launch activities, including readiness checks, approvals, deployment coordination, and post-launch support.- Track project progress, communicate status updates, and resolve delivery challenges.- Ensure website content follows the required quality standards and approval processes.Required Skills and Experience : - Strong experience in Drupal or web project management, particularly in content authoring and CMS workflows.- Proven experience owning end-to-end website delivery.- Strong project planning, scheduling, and timeline management skills.- Experience in risk, issue, and dependency management.- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.- Hands-on experience coordinating QA, UAT, and website launch activities.- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
