Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving recent business and managing client relationships for interior design projects. The Sales Executive will follow up on leads, conduct site visits with the design team when needed, and support clients through the full sales cycle, from first contact to project confirmation.



The role also involves maintaining a pipeline of opportunities, achieving sales targets, coordinating with designers and project managers, and providing regular sales reports and market feedback. This position requires consistent presence at the studio and client locations to ensure responsive, high-quality service.
Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in interior design, real estate, architecture, or related fields.
Ability to negotiate, close deals, and work toward monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Basic understanding of interior design concepts and project workflows, or willingness to learn quickly.
Proficiency in using CRM tools or spreadsheets for lead tracking and reporting, and working with email and presentation software.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered.
Ability to work collaboratively with design, operations, and management teams in a fast-paced environment.
