Requirements





Advanced degree plus 6 years R&D; experience in regulated industries, or Bachelor's plus 8 years with 5+ years in leadership

Background in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Engineering

Proven track record delivering creative products from concept to market

Expert-level knowledge in diagnostics, biologics, or instrumentation domains

Strong understanding of quality systems, regulatory frameworks (FDA, ISO, GMP)

Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and manage scientific and technical teams

Strategic business acumen with project management and budget oversight experience
