We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead business development and partnership initiatives for our coupon and cashback platform across domestic (India) and international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in affiliate marketing, online partnerships, and deal sourcing with e-commerce brands.

Identify and onboard new affiliate partners, advertisers, and online retailers (domestic & international).

Develop and manage relationships with key accounts to drive revenue and engagement.

Negotiate commercial deals, commissions, and promotional campaigns.

Monitor sales performance and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs.

Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, tech, content) to ensure smooth execution of deals and offers.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Represent the company at industry events, expos, and partnership meetings.





Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in sales, affiliate marketing, or partnership management.
- Solid network within e-commerce, travel, fashion, electronics, or lifestyle categories.
- Experience in negotiating and managing commercial partnerships.
- Understanding of affiliate networks.
- Experience in both domestic (India) and international markets (US, UK, SEA, etc.)

Prior work experience with a coupon, cashback, or deals platform.
