We are seeking a diligent and proactive Compliance Analyst with 1–2 years of relevant experience and a CS (Company Secretary) semi-qualified background to join our Compliance team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will assist in both day-to-day operational compliance activities and in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements under the Companies Act, SEBI, RBI/FEMA, labour laws and other applicable statutes.

Operational Compliance-

Support the design and execution of internal compliance audits and risk assessments.
Monitor and track compliance with internal policies, procedures and SLAs; Maintain and update compliance checklists, risk registers and policy manuals.




Coordinate with business units to gather documentation for periodic reviews.
Assist in training and awareness sessions for staff on key compliance processes.

Regulatory Compliance-

in collaboration with the CS & Compliance Officer.
Liaise with external advisors, regulators and auditors on compliance queries and inspections.
Keep abreast of changes in corporate laws, securities laws, and other regulations; circulate regulatory updates to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

- 1–2 years in a compliance, legal-secretarial, or corporate governance support role.
- Hands-on exposure to filings and processes under the Companies Act, SEBI Listing Regulations, FEMA/RBI, labour laws, and general corporate governance best practices.
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with compliance management systems is a plus.
