Role : Senior Project ManagerExperience : 10 - 16 YearsJob Location : NoidaNotice Period : Less than 60 days preferredJob Description : - Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation plans, and delivery tracking mechanisms.- Manage project execution from initiation through closure, ensuring adherence to agreed scope, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and contractual commitments.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, architecture, quality assurance, infrastructure, business analysis, and operations, to ensure effective project delivery.- Establish project governance frameworks, reporting structures, escalation mechanisms, and stakeholder communication plans.- Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, resolve issues, and implement appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.- Conduct regular project status meetings, steering committee meetings, stakeholder reviews, and delivery governance sessions.- Manage client relationships and communicate project progress, challenges, risks, and delivery outcomes to senior stakeholders.- Oversee resource planning, capacity management, effort estimation, and team allocation to ensure efficient utilization of project resources.- Manage scope changes, project dependencies, assumptions, risks, and issues through appropriate change-control processes.- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, delivery standards, quality processes,



and organizational policies.- Drive Agile project management practices, including sprint planning, backlog reviews, retrospectives, and delivery reviews, wherever applicable.- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, RAID logs, meeting minutes, and lessons learned.- Identify opportunities for process improvement, delivery optimization, and increased project efficiency.- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure project outcomes meet agreed requirements and client expectations.Role Requirements : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.- 10+ years of experience in IT project management, delivery management, or program coordination, with demonstrated responsibility for managing complex projects.- Proven experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Confluence, or similar platforms.- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.- Strong client-facing experience, including project reviews, status reporting, escalation management, and stakeholder communication.- Experience in risk management, change management, resource planning, and project governance.- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Solid leadership, decision-making, organizational, and conflict-resolution abilities.- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and ensure timely delivery of project commitments (ref:hirist.tech)
