About the Company

Sernion Technologies Private Limited operates in the IT hardware, peripherals, networking and CCTV solutions market. The company is expanding its distribution and customer network across selected markets in West Bengal and is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to support local business development. This role is open to freshers and experienced candidates who are confident communicators and interested in technology-led sales.

Responsibilities

- Identify and approach computer shops, IT peripheral dealers, CCTV dealers, networking resellers, system integrators, institutional buyers and business customers.
- Develop dealer and channel-partner relationships and onboard recent partners across the assigned territory.
- Promote IT hardware, computer peripherals, networking products, CCTV equipment and related technology solutions.
- Generate leads, conduct field visits, present products, follow up on quotations and convert prospects into customers.
- Build a database of potential customers, monitor competitor activity and identify local market opportunities.




- Coordinate with management on customer requirements, sales opportunities and order status.
- Maintain regular reports covering field visits, leads, customer follow-ups, sales orders and collections.

Requirements

- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to conduct regular field visits across Haldia, Tamluk, Contai, Kharagpur, Midnapore and Jhargram markets.
- Interest in sales, IT hardware, networking products, CCTV and technology distribution.
- Self-motivation, discipline and a target-oriented approach.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence would be advantageous.

The role offers a fixed salary of ₹20,000 per month along with target-based performance incentives. Performance will be assessed through qualified leads, new partners onboarded, customer meetings, market coverage, orders generated, collections, repeat business and growth of the local customer base.
