Purpose of the role: -
Responsible for overseeing financial statements, ensuring compliance with exchange regulations for listed entity, managing statutory audits, and related activities.
Experience: Fully Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1 to 4 years of experience
Functional Responsibilities: -
~ Preparation of Ind AS Financial statement & related activities.
Liaising with statutory auditors during Quarter-end Limited Reviews and Annual Audit.
Preparation & submission of quarterly financial results as per SEBI LODR regulations to the respective exchanges of a listed entity.
Preparation and review of EIR, ECL and other Ind AS accounting and adjustments.
Regulatory & Compliance related certifications.
Variance Analysis of income & expenses to track monthly trends.
Ensure adherence to internal and external audit guidelines
Liaising with internal department for tax, governance, compliance matter etc.
