We were founded in 2012 by Subrah Iyar (co-founder, CEO WebEx) and Stanley Huang (senior director engineering, WebEx) with a fundamental quest – to reimagine the way business service is done in the age of mobility. The Solutions Engineering team is responsible for the product solution design, success, and expansion of Moxo's strategic business accounts & partnerships. For each account, this includes guiding consultative product design discussions, integrations into existing applications & workflows, technical implementation, solution architecture reviews, and ongoing account management.

As a Solutions Engineer, you will:

- Lead consultative, technical solution design discussions for strategic accounts.




- Guide accounts through solutions for their business service workflows based on business and technologyrequirements, including integrations with their existing applications.
- Drive solid implementation, adoption, retention, and growth of your accounts.
- Serve as a product & platform expert for your accounts.

To be successful in this role, you must apply your strong product thinking and problem solving skills, and take a consultative approach in advising accounts. You will guide these accounts on how Moxo can be embedded into their existing product to streamline their business service journey. Be accountable for key business accounts through all stages including initial solution design, successful utilization & expansions to new implementations.

- Design solutions to embed interaction flows into existing web and mobile applications using the platforms SDKs and APIs.
- Support the deployment and implementation of POC and Pilot phases with your customers.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical consulting, product or engineering role
- Knowledge of integration methodologies involving REST APIs, SDKs, and web-hooks.
- Knowledge of the iOS and Android development platforms is a plus.
