What Makes You a Great Fit :- Qualification : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field- Experience : 12 - 15 years of enterprise in software engineering, with at least 5 years in senior engineering leadership roles.- Proven experience leading SaaS product development teams.- Experience with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).- Exposure to AI/ML and Generative AI technologies including LLMs, MLOps, and AI-driven automation.- Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Node.js, and React.- Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture (AWS preferred) and multi-tenant SaaS platforms.- Solid experience with microservices architecture, REST/GraphQL APIs, and distributed systems.- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Docker, and Kubernetes.- Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.- Experience implementing secure, scalable,



high-availability systems.Key Responsibilities :- Own end-to-end product engineering for the SaaS platform, from architecture design through development, release, and continuous improvement.- Define and drive the technical vision and roadmap for scalable, secure, multi-tenant cloud-native products deployed on AWS.- Lead backend engineering using Java and Node.js and frontend development using React, ensuring high performance, reliability, and maintainability.- Collaborate closely with Product Management to translate product requirements into technical solutions and executable engineering roadmaps.- Design and govern system architecture including microservices, APIs, databases, and distributed systems.- Establish engineering best practices across SDLC including coding standards, peer reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and cloud-native deployment patterns.
