Bragright Technologies is building Feelin’s, a social platform designed to help people form genuine, safe, and meaningful connections online. The company is focused on creating a human, frictionless experience where users feel heard, respected, and comfortable.

Responsibilities

- Support users through chat, email, and telephone interactions with patience and empathy.
- Guide new users through onboarding, explain app features, and follow up when assistance is needed.
- Help troubleshoot common user concerns and maintain clear notes on interactions, recurring issues, and user feedback.
- Explain community guidelines, privacy, safety practices, and platform policies in easy language.
- Identify and flag user discomfort, policy violations, or trust and safety concerns to the appropriate internal team.
- Keep users informed about relevant product updates and announcements while maintaining respectful communication.

Requirements





- Fluency in English and at least one of Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, or Telugu.
- Strong written and verbal communication with a friendly, patient, and responsible approach.
- Prior exposure to customer support, operations, tele-calling, or other user-facing work is helpful.
- Ability to handle complaints calmly, exercise sound judgment, and pay close attention to detail.
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and common workplace software.
- Comfort making calls when required and willingness to learn quickly.
- A personal laptop is required for this BYOD internship. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.

This is a 3-month, full-time, in-office internship based in Bangalore. The selected intern will receive a monthly stipend of ₹15,000 and contribute directly to a growing community-focused product.
