We're looking for a versatile Full Stack Engineer with a strong backend focus to help build and scale the infrastructure behind our client's AI-powered voice assistant platform. You'll collaborate closely with a small, fast-moving team to design robust systems, fine-tune AI models, and help bring our client's vision to life.
Design and implement backend infrastructure to support real-time voice-based AI interactions.
Build event-driven workflows using AWS Lambda and message queue-based architectures.
Help customize and train LLMs and integrate them into production systems.
Contribute to straightforward frontend layers for internal tools and demos.
Collaborate on performance tuning, audio pipeline reliability, and system monitoring.
Strong development experience with Python and Java
Proficiency in AWS Lambda, serverless compute, and cloud-native design
Experience with DynamoDB or other NoSQL solutions
Willingness to work across the stack and assist with basic frontend development
Be part of a core founding team shaping AI voice products from zero to one
Work on cutting-edge language and speech tech in a hands-on, experimental environment
