Groovy Radiant Hr Consultancy is hiring an Operations Coordinator for an operations and order-management function serving customers and internal business teams in Kanpur. The role offers a fixed monthly salary of ₹20,000 and is suited to a responsible coordinator who can keep orders, dispatches, billing follow-ups, and customer updates moving smoothly.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, status updates, and delivery-related queries.
- Track order processing and follow up with dispatch teams to support timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with the accounts team regarding invoices, billing information, and pending documentation.
- Monitor open and pending orders, identify operational issues, and follow through until resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and provide explicit updates to relevant stakeholders.




- Work independently while communicating proactively with customers, dispatch partners, and internal teams.

Requirements

- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with MS Excel.
- Strong ownership, organization, and ability to manage responsibilities independently.
- Operations, dispatch, order-management, or back-office experience is preferred.
- Experience: candidates with relevant operational exposure are welcome to apply.
