Technical (Software) Talent Acquisition Leader Location: Experience - 8 - 12 yrs

Seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Talent Acquisition Leader to
spearhead our efforts in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier software engineering talent.
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy specifically for
software engineering roles.
Sourcing and Recruitment:
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, including
job boards, social media, networking, events)
Possess a wide recruitment network of software engineers and leaders that could
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Compensation Strategy and Negotiation:
Work on the compensation and benefits proposal for each of the selected
Work with the Kickdrum HR and Leadership teams to come up with compelling

Partner with marketing and HR to create compelling recruitment campaigns and

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
(Proven experience in technical recruitment, specifically within the software industry.
