Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Track internal and external labor costs across S&T; hubs and maintain a database of about 2,000 resources.
- Support period-end results and prepare forecasts, including people-cost forecasts.
- Produce variance analysis against plan, forecast and prior year.
- Maintain complex Excel models and develop PowerPoint presentations for business results.
Requirements:
- Finance graduate with sound knowledge of accounting.
- Attention to detail and robust organizational skills.
