Key Responsibilities • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Utilize ATS platforms, job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting techniques to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Conduct interview assessments, coordinate panel interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Lead offer negotiations, background checks, and pre-employment documentation.
- Provide recruitment analytics and reports on key hiring metrics (TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire).
- Mentor and support junior recruiters and recruitment coordinators.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent movement across industries.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with company policies and labor laws.
