Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled Domestic IT Recruiter with extensive experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) staffing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment, particularly in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in contract-to-hire positions. You will work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their IT staffing needs and help them find top-tier talent for both temporary and permanent roles.

Required Skills and Qualifications :
Proven experience as an IT Recruiter with a strong background in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment, specifically in the domestic market.
Solid understanding of IT roles and technologies,



including knowledge of software development, infrastructure, and other technical specialties.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn , job boards, etc.) and techniques for sourcing IT talent.
Ability to screen, interview, and assess technical candidates for both contract and permanent positions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and clients.
Strong negotiation skills, especially related to C2H contract terms and salary expectations.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
