About the Company

AI Group of India is seeking a detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to support its import and export operations. The organization values financial accuracy, regulatory discipline, and timely business reporting across its commercial activities.

Responsibilities

- Manage accounting, reporting, and financial controls related to import and export transactions.
- Review invoices, purchase records, shipping documents, duties, taxes, and vendor reconciliations.
- Support GST, customs, income tax, and other applicable statutory compliance requirements.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, cash-flow updates, and variance analyses.
- Coordinate with internal teams, banks, auditors, logistics partners, and external advisors.
- Identify control gaps, improve finance processes,



and maintain accurate documentation for audits.

Requirements

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
- Practical understanding of import-export transactions, taxation, customs duties, and compliance processes.
- Excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, communication skills, and proficiency with accounting systems and spreadsheets.
- Ability to work independently from the Mumbai office and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced business setting.

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Mumbai, with compensation of ₹50,000 to ₹1,00,000 per month.
