Manage the overall vehicle loan collections portfolio for the assigned branch.
Ensure timely collection of overdue EMIs and reduce delinquency across all loan buckets.
Achieve collection targets, including roll-forward, resolution, and recovery goals.
Lead, train, and monitor the performance of collection executives and field officers.
Allocate collection cases and track daily recovery activities.
Conduct regular review meetings with the collections team to improve productivity.
Coordinate with repossession agencies, legal teams, and auction partners for recovery of non-performing assets (NPAs).
Analyze portfolio performance and identify high-risk accounts for early intervention.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on collection performance.
Coordinate with the sales, credit,



and operations teams to resolve customer issues affecting collections.
Control branch collection expenses and optimize recovery efficiency.
Handle escalated customer complaints and negotiate settlements where applicable.
Ensure accurate documentation and timely closure of recovered accounts.
Solid knowledge of vehicle finance collections and delinquency management.
Portfolio analysis and MIS reporting.
Knowledge of legal recovery and repossession processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and collection management systems.
Preferred Experience
Experience: 5–10+ years in vehicle finance collections.
Experience managing a collections team and branch operations.
