This is a full time on-site role as an Account Manager located in Kochi. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
Experience in account management and sales
Knowledge of the diamond industry or luxury goods sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
