Qualifications: Any Graduation/Master of Business Administration

Intelligent automation & AI for finance

Digital FP&A; & predictive analytics

Compliance, controls, and risk management

Data strategy, governance, and data management

Multi-tower expertise in RTR (Mandotary), FP&A; and OTC or PTP

Completed end-to-end project, able to explain problem to outcome.

Proven F&A; transformation delivery experience.





Oracle EBS or SAP S or 4HANA experience preferred.

Excellent Communication skills, result-oriented, self-driven person with a high energy level, analytical and structured with extensive experience in managing a high-performance team and delivering large scale Transformation project. In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems

The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals

Generally interacts with peers or management levels at a client and within Accenture

Undertake due-diligence process and work as a trusted advisory to internal and external stakeholder on building an ecosystem of data mining and transformation

Hands-on experience advising transformation solutions basis relevant domain metrics applicable in RTR (major) or PTP or OTC towers

Should have valuable understanding of commercial structures of transformation proposals and impact on P&L;

Drive shift-left, standardization, and simplification agendas - reducing manual touchpoints and accelerating touchless processing rates across towers.

Lead contract and change order negotiations, ensure commercial terms (MSA, SOW, SLA penalty frameworks) are accurately reflected in delivery commitments.

Evaluate and pilot emerging technologies (AI, NLP, RPA, process mining) for applicability across F&A; towers.
