Global Financial Control India is part of the CFO Global Delivery strategy to provide offshore delivery to Line of Business and Enterprise Finance functions. The capabilities hosted include General Accounting & Reconciliations, Legal Entity Controllership, Management Reporting & Analysis, Finance Systems Support, Operational Risk and Controls,



Regulatory Reporting and Strategic initiatives.

The individual will be part of a team responsible for legal entity control activities including management of financial close, supporting certain aspects of regulatory reporting, controls governance and OPEX initiatives.

Accountable for various day-to-day responsibilities of the finance function including accounting processes and reporting, month-end close, audit closure, regulatory reporting, management reporting and variance analysis, local GAAP reporting, etc.
Responsible for fulfilling statutory and regulatory reporting requirements, including reports and presentations to senior management /regulators as required
Assist in implementing change management in the finance area, through enhancements of reporting processes and structure, streamlining of reporting responsibilities and automation of regulatory reporting
Support on systems implementation
Support achievement of business goals by working on complex activities or projects with others within the team and with various business partners
CA /ACCA/CPA with experience in Controllership

Experience Range.
2 to 5 years of experience in finance, accounting,



regulatory reporting, Risk and Controls domain

Strong organization and time management skills
Good understanding of controls and ability to identify and raise risks
Strong understanding and an aptitude for technical and project work
Proficient in the use of Excel, Word and MS Access
Strong computer skills (advanced excel and macro/access) and Oracle/SAP experience preferred
Good knowledge of financial / banking products (derivatives, swaps, interest, bonds, credit, etc.)
Prior experience with either of the self-service tools such as AI / Alteryx / Tableau / UiPath / Workiva / Power pivot etc.
Handson experience using Microsoft 365 Copilot or equivalent generative AI tools to accelerate writing, analysis, and presentation of business deliverables
Experience leveraging AI for data analysis and insight generation, including variance analysis, trend identification, and preparation of executiveready summaries
Sound judgment and risk awareness, including the application of appropriate checks, controls, and human review when leveraging tools, data, or automated outputs
Ownership and accountability for endtoend outcomes, quality, and timelines, with proactive escalation of risks and issues
Strong collaboration and executivelevel communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams, functions, and geographies using clear, concise, and qualified communication
