Marketing Executive Location: Experience: 1.5 – 4 Years

SKYX AEROSPACE is a Coimbatore-based drone technology company that designs, manufactures and deploys drones for agriculture, infrastructure, construction, mining, renewable energy, surveillance and defence. We are a one-stop drone partner, from the product in the field to the data it captures. Our portfolio spans drone products (agri, surveillance, inspection, logistics, facade-cleaning and trainer drones), Drone as a Service (land mapping and survey, hydrography survey, 3D modelling and thermal inspection of assets such as telecom towers, solar plants, wind turbines and transmission lines), and drone Centres of Excellence set up with colleges.

We are hiring our first dedicated Marketing Executive to build a steady pipeline of qualified leads across all SKYX businesses. The role is based at our Coimbatore head office and involves frequent travel for client meetings, events, colleges and project sites.
This is a marketing and lead-generation role. Government projects and tenders are handled by a separate dedicated team.

Generate qualified leads for drone products, Drone as a Service and Centres of Excellence through digital, outbound and event channels.
Market research: Identify and research target customers across agriculture, infrastructure, construction, mining, telecom, renewable energy and real estate.
Outreach: Run LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns to decision-makers, and follow up until a first meeting is booked.
Spot new opportunities with industries and state and central government bodies, and pass tender leads to the government projects team.
Plan and run ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google and LinkedIn, and manage budgets for cost per lead.
Own the company's social media and LinkedIn presence with a regular content calendar.

CRM: Record every lead and follow-up in the CRM and keep the pipeline clean and current.
Content: Create posts, brochures, product sheets, case studies and short videos, using AI design tools where useful.
Turn field projects and customer results into case studies and social proof.
Demos: Coordinate with the SKYX pilot team for drone demos at client sites and events.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Campaign performance: cost per lead, response rates and conversion from lead to meeting.

- 1.5 to 4 years of experience in marketing, lead generation or business development, ideally B2B. Hands-on experience running Meta, Google and LinkedIn ad campaigns.
- Strong LinkedIn outreach and email campaign skills.
- Working knowledge of a CRM (e.g. Zoho, HubSpot or similar).
- Fluency in English and Tamil, both spoken and written.
- Comfortable creating content and creatives using AI and design tools such as Canva.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, events, colleges and project sites.

Any graduate. 1.5 to 4 years of skilled experience in marketing, lead generation or business development.

- Experience in drones, aerospace, agri-tech, surveying, infrastructure or industrial products will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages will be an added advantage.
- Short-form video editing skills will be an added advantage.
- Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.

Salary of 28,000 – 43,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
