Sales Executive
Industry: Real Estate/Property Sales
Experience: 1-3 Years (Real estate sales experience preferred)
Reporting To: Sales Manager/Management
The job objective is to generate new sales leads, visit prospective clients, understand their requirements, promote suitable properties, and convert leads into potential customers and successful sales.
Generate leads independently through cold calling, references, networking, social media, property portals, and field visits.
Build a network of clients, property brokers, and channel partners.
Client Visits & Field Sales
Sales Conversion & Customer Relationship
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Submit daily sales and field visit reports to the Reporting Manager.
Update the CRM or sales tracker regularly.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
Monthly sales target achievement.
Note: The candidate must be comfortable with independent fieldwork, lead generation, client visits, and sales conversion. The role is not limited to calling or handling leads provided by the Presales Team. MS-Excel
have minimum 1 years of experience
Graduate in any stream; a sales or marketing background is preferred.




Experience in real estate sales or field sales is an advantage.
Ability to generate leads independently and close sales.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp.
Must own a two-wheeler (bike).
Must possess a valid driving licence.
Must be willing to travel regularly for client meetings, field visits, and property/site visits.
Must be comfortable with field sales, lead generation, and customer follow-ups.
Must be able to speak Hindi, Marathi, and English, and must have basic knowledge of Excel and email communication
