Job Description We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as US Bookkeepers . Freshers who are eager to learn about US accounting practices and build a career in bookkeeping are welcome to apply. Training and guidance will be provided to suitable candidates.

Maintain and update financial records for US-based clients.

Record and categorize financial transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.

Assist with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

Help prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.





Follow US accounting practices and meet client deadlines.

B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), or a related qualification preferred.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

Willingness to learn US accounting practices and QuickBooks Online.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Ability to work night shifts from the office.

Prior experience with QuickBooks Online, US bookkeeping, or bank reconciliations.

Training and career development in US bookkeeping.

Hands-on experience with US-based clients.
