Responsibilities

Lead complex install-base investigations from initial triage through resolution and follow-up

Troubleshoot product, software, integration, and deployment issues using logs and diagnostic tools

Collaborate with customers, regional teams, and engineering to diagnose and resolve issues

Identify recurring field problems and recommend code or configuration changes to prevent recurrence





Create and maintain troubleshooting guides, technical documentation, and knowledge-base content

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or STEM field

Minimum 8 years of professional software engineering experience

At least 3 years experience with Java, C, C++, or C#

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, SQL, or Bash

Solid knowledge of healthcare standards: DICOM, PACS, HL7, and IHE workflows

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
