Own the design, build and lifecycle of all mechanical, functional test (FCT) and pre-dispatch inspection (PDI) jigs across our product lines. Design and develop mechanical jigs for assembly, screwing, potting, alignment and handling.

Design pogo-pin based FCT fixtures (bed-of-nails): probe selection, PCB test-point mapping, guide plates, actuation (manual or pneumatic) and interface to test hardware.

Own jig quality and repeatability: run GR&R;/MSA, validate jigs before release, and set acceptance criteria.





Give DFT/DFM inputs to hardware and mechanical teams early in NPI, covering test-point access, tolerances and fixturing features.

Manage the full jig lifecycle: BOM, drawings, vendor fabrication, installation, operator SOPs, preventive maintenance and pogo-pin wear tracking.

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Mechatronics.

- 3–6 years designing mechanical and electrical products
- Solid in SolidWorks, GD&T; and tolerance stack-up.
- Working knowledge of MSA/GR&R; and basic electrical testing.
- Experience managing fabrication vendors (machining, laser cutting, 3D printing)
