To strengthen our production leadership, we are looking for a capable and driven Quartz Plant Manager .

We seek an experienced and detail-oriented Plant Manager to head our quartz manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in quartz slab production, proven leadership abilities, and the drive to ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency in every batch produced.

Oversee daily operations of the quartz plant including mixing, pressing, curing, polishing, and finishing.
Ensure production targets are met with strict adherence to quality standards.
Lead, train, and manage plant staff,



fostering accountability and discipline.
Work closely with the quality control team to uphold international-grade standards.
Manage raw material inventory and coordinate with procurement teams.
Report regularly to management on plant performance, output, and challenges.

Minimum 7+ years of experience in engineered stone/quartz slab manufacturing (plant or production management preferred).
Strong technical knowledge of quartz production processes and machinery.
Strong communication skills (English, Hindi; knowledge of Tamil is an advantage).
Background in chemical/ceramic/stone industry will be a plus.
