About the Role: We are seeking a highly driven and well-connected Senior Talent Recruiter to join our growing team. This individual will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent across diverse domains, while building strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, extensive market knowledge, and established connections within the industry.
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
Leverage existing professional networks and industry connections to attract top-tier talent.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline using LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and social media.




Conduct market research and talent mapping to proactively identify and engage potential candidates.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).

- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition with at least 3 years in a senior/lead role.
- Strong expertise in IT/Technology hiring (Salesforce, M365, Data, Cloud, or other technical roles is a plus).
- Extensive professional network and strong industry connections in India.
- Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
- Experience recruiting for global clients or multinational organizations.

Exposure to both W2/1099/Contract and permanent hiring models.
Knowledge of compliance and labor regulations related to recruitment in India.
